The letter must be BUSNIESS bad news letter. like if I`m a business owner and I received a letter from a mad customer that didn`t like my survives i should respond to him by a bad news letter. A good example that I`m the owner of "cookies of richmond" and i received a letter from a mad customer saying that he got food poisoning. I respond to him by a bad news letter. THIS is just an example feel free to wright any thing you want but it should be like this scenario. ** I will attach the instructions of the assignment as well.

-          Response to a customer complaint or the delivery of news to someone that will be perceived as bad news.

-          Topic of your choice as long as it is a realistic situation
