The Need for Standard Waste Recycling Laws Name: University: The world is faced with an impending and serious crisis: the complete exhaustion of its natural resource reserves and environmental pollution. The production and poor management of industrial waste destroys the natural ecosystem, while uncontrolled use of resources portends a shortage crisis.
