Drawing on two works, explore how poetry defines sexual action. How do poets see the body and mind cooperating (or not) in instances of sexual desire? To what extent do bodies correspond to the inward thoughts of subjects, and do subjects experience full interaction with each other in these encounters? Are desiring bodies equivalent to the people who own those bodies?
